LVMH Digital is the digital organization of the LVMH Group. LVMH is the world leader in luxury goods with over 70 maisons, including Louis Vuitton, Moet & Chandon, and Sephora. LVMH Digital’s mission is to support the maisons in their digital transformation while developing new businesses. LVMH Digital was exploring NLP based chatbots to help improve customer service on the websites for a number of maisons. Working with our partner Glazed Solutions, we built a platform to enable the developers from Glazed Solutions to develop, deploy their chatbots.
We wanted the team at Glazed Solutions to have a fast pipelines and for most of the developer experience to be automated so that when they created new branches they could push code and test a chatbot in the cloud. One important aspect developing chatbots is being able to stage the chatbot so that it can be tested on devices like Alexa and Google Assistant. Our pipelines created preview environments that enabled the team at Glazed Solutions to create feature branches and test new dialog flows and integrations with these services fast.

We managed and deployed a dozen chatbot services for maisons like Sephora, 24sevres, Fenty, Tag Heuer, Aqua Di Parma to name a few. Enabling them to create a unique chat experience on their website where before it may have been quite basic. The team at Glazed Solutions had a productive developer experience with 100% autonomy.
