What exactly are Managed Services?

Similar to software as a service in that for a fee you get a service delivered regularly but with the added advantage of supporting more bespoke requirements. We spread the cost of the managed service over the term of the contract and provide a fixed monthly fee which you can easily budget.

Do you only deliver on Cloud Services

Our Managed DevOps service is currently hosted in the EU region but we are open to customers from around the world and happy to deliver the managed service locally on a different cloud provider or in your data centre or on-premise. We are agnostic about the final delivery as long as the platform offered to us is capable of meeting our requirements.

What kind of response times can I expect?

It depends, we will always respond within 24 hours and if its urgent (i.e like one of your services is offline) within 1 hour.

How Long is a Managed Services Contract For?

Our minimum term is 12 months with discounts for 24-48 months available.

What does having Managed IT Services cost?

Our service model uses a fixed monthly fee, which is based on the size and complexity of your particular network. Once contracted, your Managed IT Services will cover maintenance and support for every component of your network, providing you with peace of mind and the ability to accurately forecast your IT maintenance costs.

What if we already have an internal IT department?

This is actually ideal and in many cases we’ll work closely with your IT department as their DevOps expertise. We’ll also support your Development teams as if we were IT. In most cases our DevOps engineers may actually be a part of your development teams. Regardless we will work with what we have within your organisation.

What types of systems do you support?

We support Cloudbees Core, Kubernetes, Jenkins Opensource and delivery of cloud services on Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Compute and IBM. To name a few.
